Seller Guide

Getting started

  1. Complete the seller registration form with your company details
  2. Wait for application review (typically 2–3 business days)
  3. Once approved, log in to browse wholesale pricing and place orders

Browsing the catalog

Public product pages show MOQs, lead times, and available sizes. After approval, log in to see unit prices at each wholesale tier. Filter by category, color, and size on the products page to find blanks that fit your line.

Placing an order

  • Meet MOQ per variant (size/color SKU) — mixed quantities do not combine across SKUs
  • Upload a mockup URL for every line item that requires artwork
  • Add personalization details when ordering customizable products
  • Submit the order and monitor status from your dashboard

Production & mockup review

Orders enter production after mockup approval. Products marked requires review get an extra quality check on artwork placement and resolution. You will be notified in the portal if changes are needed before printing begins.

Fulfillment & tracking

After production and packing, shipments receive tracking numbers synced to your order detail page. Contact us via the contact form if you need help with a specific order.
