Terms of service
By registering as a seller and placing orders through HQT, you agree to provide accurate company information, valid mockup assets, and order quantities that meet published MOQs. HQT reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that violate artwork guidelines or capacity constraints.
Production policies
- Mockups must meet resolution and placement requirements for each product
- Artwork that matches the garment base color may fail in production and is not covered under quality claims
- Lead times begin after mockup approval, not at order submission
- Personalization fields must be complete before production starts
Fulfillment & shipping
Shipments are packed to wholesale standards with tracking provided when available. Delivery timelines depend on carrier service levels and destination. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate ship-to addresses on each order.
Returns & quality claims
Custom-produced goods are made to order. Quality claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos and order reference. Claims related to seller-provided artwork, color choices identical to garment bases, or minor measurement variance within published tolerances may not qualify for remake or refund.
Account & pricing
Wholesale tier pricing is visible only to approved sellers. HQT may update catalog pricing or MOQs with notice via the seller portal. Suspended accounts lose ordering access until outstanding issues are resolved.
