Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is the smallest number of units you can order for a given variant. At HQT, MOQs typically range from 6–12 units depending on the product — low enough for boutique runs, high enough to keep unit costs competitive.
MOQ is per variant
Each size and color combination has its own SKU and MOQ. Ordering 12 black M tees and 12 black L tees means meeting MOQ on both variants — not 24 mixed units on a single SKU.
