Production and fulfillment are separate stages in HQT, but both run on the same order record. Once items pass QC and are packed, they move to outbound shipping with tracking visible in your seller dashboard.
The fulfillment flow
- Production jobs complete and inventory is updated
- Orders are picked against confirmed line items
- Packages are labeled and handed to carriers
- Tracking numbers sync back to your order detail page
